ultrabet does not accept third-party payments. Deposits must come from a payment method registered in your own name, and withdrawals will only be sent to the same method used for deposit.

Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be withdrawn. For example, a bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means you must place bets totalling 30 times the bonus amount before any winnings derived from that bonus become withdrawable. The wagering requirement for each bonus is clearly stated before you opt in.
Bonus expiry: All bonuses have an expiry period. If the wagering requirement is not met within the stated time, the bonus and any associated winnings will be removed from your account. Expiry periods are shown on each promotion.
Game contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live dealer games may contribute a lower percentage. The contribution rates for each game category are listed in the bonus terms.
Attempting to abuse bonuses — including opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, or using low-risk betting strategies to meet wagering requirements — is considered bonus abuse and will result in account suspension.

Each game on the ultrabet platform has its own set of rules. These rules are accessible from within the game interface. It is your responsibility to read and understand the rules of any game before placing a bet. ultrabet is not responsible for losses resulting from a player's misunderstanding of game rules.
Technical issues: In the event of a technical fault during a game — such as a disconnection or server error — ultrabet will attempt to restore the game to its state immediately before the fault occurred. If this is not possible, the bet will be voided and the staked amount returned to your account. Winnings that were clearly displayed before a technical fault will be honoured where the fault can be verified.
Malfunction voids all pays: In the event of a game malfunction, all bets and pays for that round are void. ultrabet's decision on game malfunctions is final.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ultrabet platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities.
Chargebacks initiated against legitimate ultrabet transactions are treated as fraudulent activity. Accounts that initiate chargebacks will be suspended and the matter referred for legal review.
ultrabet reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if there is reason to believe that the account is being used in breach of these Terms. In cases of suspected fraud or illegal activity, accounts may be suspended immediately pending investigation.
Voluntary closure: You may close your ultrabet account at any time by contacting support. Before closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed and any remaining real money balance will be returned to your verified payment method. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
Dormant accounts: An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for 12 consecutive months. ultrabet may apply a monthly inactivity fee to dormant accounts after this period. You will be notified before any fee is applied. The fee will not reduce your balance below zero.
ultrabet is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We provide tools to help players manage their gambling activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion options. These tools are available in your account settings.
If you feel that your gambling is becoming a problem, we strongly encourage you to use the self-exclusion feature or contact our support team.
